Primeval Forest

The Primeval Forest series explores the interaction between trees and sunlight in the old growth forests of western Washington and Oregon. This series, which is under development, currently includes a series of 8 x 8 inch acrylic on paper sketches. After finalizing the concept, selected Primeval Forest images will be painted in oil on 24 x 24 inch cradeled wood panels.
